Spain: Draft proposal amending key aspects of the Spanish Copyright Act

Before the end of 2014, the Spanish Government wants to amend key aspects of the Copyright Act. Instead of proposing a full new act, in February this year, the Government brought a draft legislative proposal concerning amendments of select key aspects before the Parliament.
